Joshua is the embodiment of the entrepreneurial spirit. At age 7, he sold lemonade on the street by his home. He mowed lawns as a teenager and began his involvement in multi-level marketing as a young adult. Joshua's formal management experience comes from 10 years with the military. He earned journeyman status as an electrician & mechanic and became the youngest Team Chief (age 19) in Grand Forks Air Force Base history. He later became a human resource manager for over 330 soldiers in the Army. Joshua took this knowledge into the private sector and currently has ownership in four small businesses. Joshua has traveled the United States and analyzed over 200 businesses ranging in size from $100k - $110M in annual revenue, determining ways of increasing bottom-line profits, enhancing working relationships and improving quality-of-life for the business owners.
